TFMU has a group rate of $160 plus tax per night for Thursday-Saturday nights of meetup weekend. Wednesday and/or Sunday nights may be added at the group rate upon request, based on availability.

Each two-room suite features comfortable and convenient amenities including: private bedroom (1 king bed or 2 double beds), separate living room with sleeper sofa and a dining/work space, two flat panel TVs, free Wi-Fi, microwave, mini fridge and coffee maker.

The Embassy Suites offers free made-to-order breakfast daily (Monday-Friday 6:00am-9:00am and Saturday-Sunday 7:00am-10:00am) featuring fresh omelets, bacon, fruit and oatmeal. They also have a complimentary Evening Reception 6:00pm-7:30pm with free drinks and snacks.

The hotel is 10 minutes from the Mall of America and 20 minutes from Valleyfair Amusement Park, Minneapolis−Saint Paul Airport, and downtown Minneapolis. Local friends have offered to help navigate public transit options.

Self-parking is $6 per day.

TFMU 2023 registration is $145 or two payments of $75. The registration fee covers catered lunch on Friday, meeting space rental, taxes, service fees, name badges, swag and other incidentals.

You may pay the total registration fee or pay in two installments. See the TFMU 2023 Registration tab on the website. The total needs to be paid in full by the registration deadline, June 12, 2023. If you register on or after June 13th, there will be a $50 late fee.

You will be added to the secret Facebook group for attendees and the link to make a reservation in the group block will be shared with you once you make a payment.

By paying the fee, you are making a commitment to attend. If you do not attend, you will not receive a refund.
